Booking Policy
All bookings may be done in writing via our email or by calling our customer service team.
If you are booking for a group — a family gathering, a company trip, or a school party — write to us and we will shape the itinerary and the booking steps around that party.
For safari booking and reservation, a minimum of 30% of the total price is required at the time of booking, and the balance of 70% is payable on arrival before the start of the safari.
Please request for a rate of exchange should you wish to pay in a different currency other than that on invoice.
Prices and Inclusions: The tour price typically includes accommodation, transportation during the tour, some meals, entrance fees to attractions, and guide services. It usually excludes international flights, meals not specified, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visa fees. Be sure to confirm what is included in your tour price.
Changes to Booking by you: If you need to change your booking (such as dates, number of participants, etc.), please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Changes to booking by us: We may need to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

Cancellation by You: There are usually cancellation fees associated with backing out of a tour. The fees may vary depending on how far in advance you cancel.
Cancellation by the Tour Company: Kiota Tours may cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants is not met, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We may offer you a full refund or a chance to rebook on another tour.
